A2O LITE NEON Dance: Create the Duo Intro From Your Photos
The viral NEON intro from A2O LITE's debut track features the sway, spin kick, high-low pose, and squat. Upload two photos for a duo version, one for solo.
The A2O LITE NEON dance became a TikTok trend from the duo intro of "NEON", A2O LITE's debut track (13 October 2026): two people sway, spin, kick, and strike a high-low pose. Smew AI uses your photos to create a real duo cover with you and a friend, performs the routine solo, or features two pets dancing.

Where did the NEON Duo Dance trend start?
"NEON" is the debut single of A2O LITE, a new K-pop girl group from A2O Entertainment, the company of SM founder Lee Soo-man. It came out on 13 October 2026 and reached No. 1 on the Melon TOP100 29 hours later (SBS). The song opens with a duo routine, and the choreographer J-Black said on Instagram on 14 October that he helped create that opening duo sequence (SBS). Fans call the one-legged turn in it the "killing part".
The NEON dance challenge started the next day. On 14 October dancers posted the first covers: a solo take at night by @way_hyx (266,100 views) and a duo take in a glass-roofed atrium by @wendyyyxi and a friend (92,300 views), the reel this page's Duo copies. The same morning the first AI version took off: "A2O MEOW", two AI-made cats dancing the intro upright in a lavender studio (@rroyhew54, 27,500 views), a pet reel other sites copy. This page offers Duo and Solo. AI clips of film and TV characters followed (SBS). On TikTok the group's name is often typed A20 LITE, with a zero. By 17 October 2026, #a2olite had 4,656 videos and 136.9 million views.

Video prompt
Recreate the reference video [Video 1] shot for shot: the same glass-roofed atrium between tall grey concrete buildings, the wooden wall panels, the dark polished floor, the same fixed low camera, framing, timing and dance moves. The ONLY change: the woman with long light-brown hair in the cropped white jacket and grey camouflage cargo pants, who dances on the left, is now the person in [Image 1], and the woman in the grey beanie and dark striped top, who dances on the right, is now the person in [Image 2].
Use [Image 1] and [Image 2] as the appearance references for the two performers in the K-pop intro dance. Keep each person's face, hairstyle, outfit, body proportions, and screen position consistent; do not swap roles or merge identities. Use [Video 1] to guide the visible two-person intro choreography, movement order, rhythm, timing, and interaction. Recreate only the actions shown in the reference; do not invent additional steps. Keep both performers fully visible in a steady, front-facing full-body shot with the same background and lighting throughout. SAME IDENTITY. FIXED POSITIONS. NO ROLE SWAP. NO DUPLICATE. NO NEW SCENES. Avoid extra dancers, fused or duplicated limbs, distorted hands, foot sliding, outfit flicker, background drift, and camera cuts.
Dancer 1 (left) = the person in [Image 1], in EVERY frame: copy the exact face from [Image 1] (the face shape, eye color and eye shape, eyebrows, nose, mouth, skin tone, age, hair color, hair length and hairstyle, and any beard, moustache, glasses or freckles). They wear the clothes and shoes from [Image 1]. NO cropped white jacket and no camouflage cargo pants unless [Image 1] shows them.
Dancer 2 (right) = the person in [Image 2], in EVERY frame: copy the exact face from [Image 2] (the face shape, eye color and eye shape, eyebrows, nose, mouth, skin tone, age, hair color, hair length and hairstyle, and any beard, moustache, glasses or freckles). They wear the clothes and shoes from [Image 2]. NO grey beanie and no striped top unless [Image 2] shows them.
The same real people from the first second to the last, so their friends recognize them at once. Never morph, never drift back to the original dancers' faces. Both change: no one from the video stays, also when only the back of a head shows.
The dance, matching the reference second by second:
side by side, dancer 1 a step in front, both sway and open their arms.
arms up on a diagonal, then a sway and a side step.
a low lean, then dancer 1 spins with a high kick while dancer 2 dances behind.
they split apart with wide lunges and arm swings.
dancer 1 drops low to the floor while dancer 2 stands on one leg, knee up, one hand raised.
both come up, throw their arms out wide and end in a wide squat, hands on the knees.
One head per person, on that person's own shoulders. A face never appears on knees, legs, hands or clothes. Exactly two people. No text, no logos, no watermark.

Video prompt
Use the uploaded image as the identity and wardrobe reference for one dancer inspired by a K-pop intro performance. Preserve the same face, hairstyle, outfit, and body proportions throughout. Use the reference video to guide a simplified solo recreation of the visible movement, matching its rhythm and timing without adding choreography that is not shown. Keep the dancer centered and fully visible in a steady, front-facing full-body shot. Preserve the scene and lighting of the uploaded image; do not add other performers or switch locations. SAME IDENTITY. NO DUPLICATE. NO NEW SCENES. Avoid role changes, extra limbs, distorted hands, foot sliding, clothing flicker, background drift, and sudden camera cuts.
Replace the character in the video with the person from the uploaded image. Keep actions, poses, facial expressions and rhythm. Preserve the person's original facial features, maintain character consistency, no distortion, no glitches, no artifacts. The person dances in the clothes and shoes from the uploaded image, not the light-blue fitted top or the white wide cargo pants of the dancer in the video, and keeps their own hair from the uploaded image, not long straight black hair. Follow the dancer's moves and timing exactly: the hair flick with one hand at the chest, the lean back with one arm raised high on a diagonal, the hand on the hip and the hand by the face, the jump into a wide stance, the side walk with a hair whip, the high kick to the side, the arms thrown out wide, the arms up with quick side steps and the knee lift at the end. Keep the whole body in view from head to feet, with natural balance and stable ground contact. Exactly one person, no other people. One continuous shot, no text, no captions, no logos.

Image 1 replaces the cat on the left, in every shot. Image 2 replaces the cat on the right, in every shot. Keep the face, ears, eyes, fur colors and markings from each image. Both stay upright on their hind legs and perform the same intro moves as the reel. Keep the lavender studio, the wide frame, the camera and the timing exactly as in the video. Exactly two animals. Duo represents the trend as most know it: two people, one choreography, side by side, designed for best friends and couples. Your faces, hair, and clothing come from your photos, not the cover's dancers. Solo has the lowest cost and works with any standing photo of you. Pet puts your two pets into the cat reel. The precise cost appears on the Generate button before any charge.
Which sound and hashtags should you post it with?
Your clip includes the NEON intro, synced to the same seconds the dance covers. You can disable it on the result screen and choose the NEON sound on TikTok during posting instead. The song remains property of its owners, and Smew AI grants no rights to it; review the platform's music policies before using the clip in ads or sponsored posts.
Hashtags: #a2olite is the main one, with 4,656 videos and 136.9 million views on 17 October 2026. #a2olite_neon (63 videos) and #a2oliteneon are song-specific tags, and #neonchallenge works for NEON dance challenge TikTok posts. Maintain the platform's AI label.
Why no idol in it? A2O LITE's members range from 13 to 17 years old (SBS), so Smew AI never uses the group's videos, fancams, or faces, and no version replicates a teen's cover. Duo and Solo versions replicate covers by adult dancers, and Pet replicates an AI cat reel.
Upload sharp, well-lit photos with faces toward camera, then generate again.
A white jacket or grey beanie appears (Duo)
The cover's dancers wear these. The prompt blocks them unless in your photo; generate again.
Left dancer partially exits frame briefly (Duo)
In the cover, she drops low at the left edge too; lasts about one second.
Feet get cropped or framing is tight (Solo)
Solo preserves your photo's framing. Use a photo showing your full body with some floor visible.
Hand blurs during hair whip (Solo)
Quick movements sometimes blur. A second generation produces different results.

Upload one clear photo per pet, each alone, in your preferred order on screen.

FAQ
NEON Duo Dance trend questions
What is the A2O LITE NEON dance?+
It's the TikTok dance trend to the intro of "NEON", A2O LITE's debut track from 13 October 2026. Two people sway in sync, lift their arms on a diagonal, spin, kick, separate, and strike a high-low pose where one hits the floor while the other balances on one leg. Covers, the NEON dance challenge, and AI versions with cats spread on TikTok starting 14 October.
Is it A2O LITE or A20 LITE?+
The group is A2O LITE, with the letter O, but many TikTok users type A20 LITE with a zero, so you'll encounter A20 LITE NEON, NEON A2O LITE, and plain A2O NEON or NEON A2O. Same group, same track, same dance.
What song is used in the NEON dance trend?+
It's "NEON", the K-pop track A2O LITE released on 13 October 2026; it reached No. 1 on Melon TOP100 within 29 hours. The dance features the A2O LITE NEON intro, the track's opening, so people call it the NEON intro dance. A Smew AI clip includes the same 15 seconds of the NEON K-pop track, which you can disable. The track belongs to its owners.
Who made the A2O LITE NEON choreography?+
Choreographer J-Black stated on Instagram on 14 October 2026 that he contributed to creating the opening duo sequence, with the Cream Dance team assisting with production and training (SBS). The A2O LITE NEON choreographer credit for the complete track is the label's to assign. Smew AI has no connection to the group, its label, or the choreographers.
How do I make the A2O LITE NEON AI dance video?+
Click "Create your own", choose Duo or Solo, and upload your photos: two for Duo, one for Solo. Click Generate; the button shows the cost first. Duo is about 15 seconds and Solo is about 10 seconds, with the track, the same A2O LITE NEON dance AI trend on TikTok, with your own faces. No prompt writing needed and no CapCut template required.
Can I do the NEON duo dance with a friend or my partner?+
Yes, that's the Duo version: an AI duo dance for best friends and couples. Photo 1 appears left and starts forward, photo 2 appears right, both wearing clothes from their photos. Works as a couple dance AI clip too; use photos of consenting adults.
Can my cats or dogs do the NEON dance?+
Select Pet and upload one photo per pet. It replicates "A2O MEOW", the AI cat dance reel of two cats performing the intro in a lavender studio, so it's the A2O LITE NEON cat version of the NEON cat dance on TikTok. Dogs stand upright for the same choreography, and a cat with a dog works too.
Can I do the NEON dance alone?+
Yes. Choose Solo and upload one photo of yourself standing, head to feet. It extracts the choreography from a solo cover by an adult dancer and applies it to you, in the location from your photo.
Do I need to learn it from an A2O LITE NEON dance tutorial?+
No. The slowed and mirrored NEON dance tutorial videos on TikTok and YouTube exist for A2O LITE NEON dance practice if you want to learn it yourself. Here, AI performs the dancing: from your photos it executes the sway, kick, high-low pose, and squat.
Is the NEON dance trend still on TikTok?+
Yes. By 17 October 2026 the A2O LITE NEON TikTok trend was only four days old but still climbing: #a2olite reached 136.9 million views, with fresh NEON dance TikTok videos continuing to appear on 16 and 17 October. This AI dance trend is still new: AI cats and AI movie characters are doing the NEON TikTok dance, which means your own duo or pet video will still get noticed.
Is my video a NEON dance cover?+
It performs like an A2O LITE NEON dance cover: the same choreography on the same beat. Duo replicates a real NEON dance cover by two adult dancers, with your faces and clothing; you can share it as your own AI NEON duo dance and identify it as AI.
Will A2O LITE or the dancers from the original clips be in my video?+
No. Smew AI never uses the group's videos, fancams, or faces: its members are 13 to 17 years old. Duo replaces both dancers from an adult cover with people from your photos, Solo extracts only the choreography from an adult dancer, and Pet replicates an AI cat reel. Upload photos of yourself, consenting adults, or your own pets, never celebrities, strangers, or children.
Can I make other kpop dance AI videos?+
This template creates one: the intro of the NEON kpop track, which people also search as NEON kpop. For more AI kpop dance clips from your photos, try the APT. duo or the SaWaDiKa dance; each creates a kpop AI dance video with the track.
Which AI models make the videos?+
Duo uses Wan 3.0 at 480P: it places both of you into the cover itself. Solo uses Kling 3.0 Motion Control: it applies the choreography to the person in your photo, at 720p in your photo's frame. Pet uses MiniMax H3 Max Recast: it places your two pets into the AI cat reel, wide 16:9 at 768p. Duo is about 15 seconds. Solo is about 10 seconds.
What prompt does the A2O LITE NEON AI trend use?+
No trend creator shared a prompt: the covers are real dances, and the AI cat reel came without one. Our prompts begin from the copy-ready Duo and Solo prompts of AI template sites (preserve each face, outfit and position, follow the reference clip's choreography, no role swap, no extra dancers), with the group's name removed, plus our tested instructions that preserve your faces. It's the same concept as a NEON AI dance on any A2O LITE AI site, a K-pop dance AI prompt you never write, and the NEON dance AI begins from your photos.
How long is the video and what format is it?+
Duo is about 15 seconds. Solo is about 10 seconds. Duo is vertical 9:16 at 480P, Solo matches your photo's frame at 720p, and Pet is wide 16:9 at 768p. Each is an MP4 file with the track and no watermark.
